Fraud of Rs 1500, I was transferred RS.1500 from my Paytm wallet

I am Fakhruddin ali ahmad as on dated 30/12/2016 I was transferred RS.1500 from my Paytm wallet to Panjab national Bank but amount is deducted from Paytm wallet but not credited to my account, and they not replying the mail, customer care no are not working So you are requested to solve this problem and refund in my bank. I am just waiting for your positive and earliest reply.
