Fraud in form filing work complain with Inospire Services

hello, my name is ayush... i have also stuck in this fraud...company name is Inospire from surat. They given me 1000 form filing work that i have completed on time but they issued a failed report and after one week i.e. today, their legal consultant named AMIT BHARADWAJ (7203017086) called me and asking for money 14000 (including penalty and court fee) and he also told that if i do not pay the money till 4 pm then he will file a case in court and issue a legal notice on me. Then at 3:20 pm i have received a mail from advocateassociate02@gmail.com asking Rs 6800 using legal languages and attached pdf file on the letter pad of advocate Minhaz M. Patel (7227043971) (attached here). Please help me what i do, I am feeling very stressed???

    Same thing happened with my friend. She taken a form filling work of ino service she completed but due to network problem not able to submit it. After 4 days ie today 18/06/2018 company's legal advisor called her demanding ₹7700 failed to give company will file a case on her . When I asked about copies of agreement he switched the topic after long talk and argumens he give phone to his senior and that person told me that you are arguing so I am going to file case and not receiving your payment . Is it correct what I have done ?

    Mujhe bahut dhmaka rahe hain, bol rahe hain ki aap jao complain likhwa ke aao police station , and mujhe fir ki number bhejo, mujhe bol rahe hain ki agar 7 days me reply nhi aaya toh main aap par case kr dunga.
