I had ordered a casio edific Ex295 watch from so called casio authorised dealer name support casio.com.on 15th August 17 vide order no.22203 and l got a conferming email msg from shopkartinfo@Gmail.com that the product will be supplied within 5 business day.A call from mobile no.8369273707 came from Bombay for re confermation of the order and about mode of payment cash on delivery.
I received a parcel in Noida (U.P) through Fedex courier and I paid Rs.5500 cash for thatto Courier Fedex worker phone no.is 8585983718.
I saw the product in the parcel was not casio Ex 295 watch but it was a fake G shock watch costing around Rs.100. I tried to contact to the fraud supplier but got no response. mobile no is always seems to be not detected.my all emails are not replied. I feel cheated.
I request to the concerning authority to please take necessary action on such fraud casio company and do the needful. Please help me to get my money back as every day many people are being cheated. This fake company is still functioning and giving advertisement to make people fool.
