I had booked a car lifter hydraulic jack and a skullcandy ear phone from shopmoyo.com vide order no. 6273 dated 15th of August 17. I paid for that Rs.1008 by online netbanking through icici bank.the shopmoyo confermed the order and promissed me to send the items within 5 business days.
I have not received the above product so far and the shopmoyo is not responding any of my queries, emails. The customer care phone no.is seems to be always busy. I am feeling cheated.
I request to the concerning authority to please take stronge action against such fraude company and help me to get my money back. This fraude company is still functioning and everyday making fool of people.
