FRAUD DURING ON-LINE PURCHASING

Dear sir,

I got a promotional mail & also call (ph.no-7045204524) from timesindiatour.com regarding holiday packages.I was informed through promotion call & mail also that by purchasing their packages i will also get gift alongwith packages within 24 hrs of booking. So as per procedure i booked two packages of Rs 11000/- & choose gift as per given option
But after few days i was only received blank form, which were of no use.I tried calling their customer care-8689805305(which now they have changed) & also ph no- 7045204524(from which the promotion call was received) several times but got no response. They also blocked my Ph no.
Then i mail to them for refund my money. After ten days they told me that amount have been refunded with UTR nos(which was fake). But after so many reminder to them that i have not received my money ,no response from their side.
Pls look into matter & resolve the same
