Fraud during on-line Purchasing

Dear sir,

I got a promotional mail & also call (ph.no-7045204524) from timesindiatour.com regarding holiday packages.I was informed through promotion call & mail also that by purchasing their packages i will also get gift alongwith packages within 24 hrs of booking. So as per procedure i booked two packages of Rs 11000/- & choose gift as per given option
But after few days i was only received blank form, which were of no use.I tried calling their customer care-8689805305(which now they have changed) & also ph no- 7045204524(from which the promotion call was received) several times but got no response. They also blocked my Ph no.
Then i mail to them for refund my money. After ten days they told me that amount have been refunded with UTR nos(which was fake). But after so many reminder that i have not received my money ,no response from their side.
Pls look into matter & resolve the same
