Fraud done and charged 16000 from me offered me ground staff job

Sn infotech assured me to contact them after making successful payment and all imp processes,they assured me for job in auline industry as ground staff in bhubaneswar
First they took 2000 as registration fee,than they conducted online test in which i qualified,than the next day they said u have to.dep more 6200 as interview charges i transfered tht too.after that it was told.that amount will b refunded to.me in bhubaneswar airport.

Now after spending 12200 sn infotech's hr as well as senior hr are not answering my calls and i.m.helpless.

Plz help me as i had found job postings in shine.com

1st payment-tranfered amount from SBI CDM MACHINE
2nd payment and 3rd payment- from paytm app in

I am helpless sir and im in doubt that is it a fraud to me??do needful action as soon as possible
