Dear Sir,

On 13/12/2017 i booked flowers and cake online for my parents anniversary to be deliverd on 14/12/2017. I did not receive an conformation sms or email immediately but received a mail with order no at 3.am so i assumed the delivery will happen. It is 20/2/2017 no my delivery has happen, nor the customer services is picking phone nor i have received from them.
