Sales team followed up regularly to become their holiday package member.
They promised a Mobile-Samsung A7 as gift for becoming member.
They said the package can be cancelled & refund taken back.
But after the payment was done,
sales team was untraceable, invoice they send says non refundable & non transferable.
Gift also NOT APPLICABLE.
I want the package to be cancelled & my money refunded along with PENALTY

    Cube holidays have provided 3n/4d stay holiday package at price of rs.10, 600/- at 3-5 star category hotel/resort across india. This holiday package as per them had validity up to 1 year from date of purchase.
    Now the contact no 01206470133 provided by them is switched off.
    The email address support @cubeholidays.com has bounced back.
    Website www.cubeholidays.com no longer exists.
    It seems that this is fraud and fake company, which has cheated us.
    Voucher sent by the company is not getting attached...
