While ordering a product, on the payment page i redeemed the reward points for paying, the points got deducted from my card as shown in the statement, but the page freezed there and even after clicking links nothing was happening as shown in the pic, now even after the deduction printvenue is not issuing a refund, i even showed them that the money was deducted from my account, such fraud they are looting peoples money.

    I had a very worst experience with this site, this is the worst shopping site ever. They are not processing my refund of rs400/-. Costumer service is just a name there, they don't know anything about any policy.. nothing is documented everything is verbal.. worst experience ever. Don't pay online for this bcz they never process your refund if you don't get the product... I had placed a order on 4th November still not got any refund or the product itself.. printvenue.com now you guys have to deal with consumer court.
