I have taken loan from Bajaj Finance. I have paid my loan amount and also got the NOC. I came to know that they are still using my ECS form to withdraw money from my bank. They debited 99 Rs from my bank account without my approval/sign and notice from my bank. This happened with few more customer.

    I have never been associated with Bajaj Fianance presently or in past.

    I have been receiving phone calls for the payment follow up from your Company for last 4 years on different days and time.

    The calls are for some Mr. Ravi Kumar whose mobile number is registered with your company as +91 95455 56775.

    I have been using this number for at least last 4 years and always been informing the concerned caller that I am not Ravi Kumar and so should be registered / corrected in your records.

    Today I received a phone call for the payment follow up. I again told the person that I am not Mr. Ravi Kumar. The person was not in listening mood and said he has records and he is not calling without records.

    Loosing my mind and feeling offended, I finally informed him to lodge a case against Ravi Kumar if I am the person and if you feel so.

    It has been torturing experience for long 4 years and I have been humbly reporting that, I have the number and I can not be held responsible if the person has changed the number or he might have given false information. I even don't know Mr. Ravi Kumar personally, by any chance.

    If this is not the correct place where I should register the complaint, please let me know the correct email address, IF YOU REALLY CARE!!

    I have taken 300000 on 3/11/18, amount credited in my a/c 292000, while they informed me that 295000 will be credited and they will provide 2000 amazon voucher when I ask in written they told that whole commitment is recorded.

    Now they they ask for any written letter. I have made part payment of 288000 within one week and now my semi is 540 rs. Of 12000 ( I owe only 4000) per month for 60 month approximate 54% interest rate yearly more than any credit card .

    BEWARE OF BAJAJ FINANCE. better to take loan from any good bank axis , Icici or HDFC and fixed deposits with od facilities BUT NEVER GO FOR BAJAJ FIN..
