    हम सालो से रेडीमेड गारमेंट के व्यापर मे हैं,और हमर व्यापर अच्छा भी चल रहा था, मगर पिछले साल हम एक परचित के माध्यम से एक delhi बेस्ड कंपनी के बारे में जानकारी मिली जो की नेशनल और इंटरनेशनल ब्रांड्स के कपडे काफी अच्छे डिस्कोउन्ट्स 60 % - 80 % मे बेचते है और वो लोग अब अपने शोरूम्स की फ्रेंचाइजी दे रहे है ,हमारे पूछने पर के इतने बड़े ब्रांड्स और इतने सस्ते कैसे तोह उन्होक कहना था के यह सारा कलेक्शन सरप्लस या रिजेक्शन वाला होता है जो मामूली से मिस्टेक के कारन कम्पनीज रिजेक्ट कर देती है और मैन्युफैक्चरर का जो बचा हुआ स्टॉक होता वो भी होता है यही सारा माल ऑनलाइन बिकता है,और कपडा पूरी तरह से ओरिजिनल होता है, फुल गारंटीड ,हम लोगो ने उनसे इस बारे में बात की तोह 5,00,000 /- लाख रूपए मे फ्रेंचाइजी फीस के साथ शोरूम खोलना तय हुआ और कमीशन और शॉप के खर्चे वगेरह अलग से कंपनी द्वारा प्रतिमाह हमे देना तय हुआ ,शुरुवात में सब सब ठीक चलता रहा, हम उन्हें अग्रीमनेट के लिए बोलते तोह वो हर टाल जाते के जल्द ही करेंगे ,फिर कुछ दिनों बाद ग्राहकों की शिकायत आने लगी की कपडे की क्वालिटी अछि नहीं निकल रही है या सभी कपडे डुप्लीकेट ब्रांड्स है ओरिजिनल नहीं है ,हमने उनसे इस बारे मे बात की तोह वो लोग आज तक यह मनाए को तैयारर नहीं के उनका माल डुप्लीकेट है और सभी पर वो लोग खुद का नकली टैग लगाकर Nike,Addidas,Jack& Jones,Wrangler,Deisel, Pepe Jeans etc अब तक हमारे शोरूम पर बेच रहे है,अब हम उनके साथ बिज़नस करना नहीं कहते है,तोह वो हमे क़ानूनी चक्कर मे उलझने की धमकी दे रहे है और ना तोह हमे माल दे रहे है न ही हमारे रूपए लोटा रहे है ,और इसके alawa भी उन्हें काफी सारे लोगो को फ्रेन्चाइसी दे राखी है पुरे भारत मे अलग जगह पे जहा से इन लोगो ने करोड़ो मे रूपए ले रख है और कही भी माल नहीं भेज रही या भेज भी तोह डुप्लीकेट ,मेरे पास प्रूफ है के सारा माल नकली है और हमर लाखो का नुक्सान हो सकता है है क्यकि ना तोह वो लोग माल भेज रहे है न ही हमे पैसा लोटा रहे है ,हम पिछले कई दिनों से उनसे कांटेक्ट करने की कोशिस कर रहे है पर वो कोई रिप्लाई नहीं दे रहे है है ,plz help me my contact no's are 9300478539,9406679913,9827638739
