I booked my luggage for Pune to Indore on 30th April with them considering they are authentic Agarwals. But later I found out they are frauds. They kept taking agarwal brand name saying we are authentic and all but after they got my luggage, their attitude changed and they started ignoring my calls saying we dont have spare time to talk do whatever you can. they did not deliver my parcels even after 15 days and whenever I called to check the status with them, they misbehaved and threatened saying we are not giving your luggage do whatever you can. they used abusive language with me and my father and my husband also. they charged me insurance ammount in the name of agarwal also but they sent my luggage with just any random passing truck giving him 1500 rs. they did not even deliver the stuff at my home, the driver said he is in Rau (30 kms away from indore) and cannot come, if you want your luggage you come and collect otherwise i will send it back to Pune
