a food stall just made a veg into non-veg

we asked for veg lollipops and repeted the word veg, but after eating we got to know that it was non-veg. i would have went to a mns office, but they would beat the shopkeeper but this would just stop that shop keeper, but i want to shut all those kind of stalls that dont provide quality food or who do injustice with food.
