Hi,

I invested an amount of Rs.57500/ for purchasing an ID - 62375213 on www.socialtrade.biz on January 24th 2017 and filed a request for refund on Feb 3rd, 2017. However, I've not got any update from them and when I tried accessing the site, it is not loading at all.I have not got any update regarding this and my money seems to be stuck with them. Please help me get the refund.
