Dear Team,

Recently I have got my Samsung 32 inch led tv repaired from www.totalrepair.co.in for which they charged me Rs 3000/- for no display problem.

After repairing my led tv has come into same situation. The repairing was carried out on bill with 3 months warranty.

Again there engineer has come & asking for more money for replacing another part of this tv.

I refused to pay as they are looting money from customers like me for doing nothing.

Owner of the service centre is very rude, unprofessional & having a team of untrained staff.

My money has gone in the vain.

Hence you're requested to look into it & extend your support for getting back my hardened money recovered from them.
