Sir/ Madam,

I hereby write this letter to inform you that Mr. Ganesh Zalte owner of the companies SUCCESS HOME SERVICES & SUCCESS HOME TUTOR (Address: Pimple Gurav, Shivdatt Nagar 31/1, Vijayraj Complex, first floor 101, Maharashtra 411061) is running an agency to provide domestic help.
I resided in Goa and had taken an agreement with Mr.Ganesh to provide nanny services to look after my children. He has promised all the credentials and thereby we signed the contract with him which would be valid for the next 11 months (the contract ends on July 23). In the last two months, he did provide two nannies who stayed for not more than one month. We later came to know that there was NO background check done before sending them here. Now I am asking him for a replacement, and he's neither reverting to our calls nor does he return our fees paid. During our last call on 21st Oct 22, he had promised to refund the money by Monday 24th Oct 22.

I am bringing you to this notice because this man is a fraud and has been taking everybody's money and not providing the services, as promised. I am getting in touch with people who had similar experiences with him via Google review posts.
I too am calling him regularly because I have paid him the sum of Rs.20,000 for an 11-month contract. But, this man is harassing us by neither providing us with the nanny nor returning our hard-earned money. I have two little children, I cannot keep running behind one man and calling him time and again for my valuable time and money. 

I request you to look into this matter and take the necessary action at the earliest. Looking forward to your kind assistance in this matter.
