I booked clothes from Instagram store @fashionate_1617.store on 20 September pf rs. 400 they claim to deliver it within 5-7 days but now it's almost 20 days and they're not even replying to the messages

Please do something
Cause I'm not the only one facing this fraud there are thousands of people following him and the store claims that "it's a trusted store"
