I had purchased a power bank 20800mahof MI make from EBazar Ninja online and made payment of rs 980/-through net banking but company had shown it delivered to some other person Goldy Gupta ,the pan no is not mine and signature are also not of mine . company is not hearing my complaint inspite of repeated e-mails& telephonic conversation with the customer care executive.
