Complaint agaist the fraud vendor we book some furniture

Dear Sir/Madam

on august 2017 we book some furniture like cupboard, dressing table, teapoy, walldrop around- 32000rs. from a local furniture, initialy i pay 5000rs as a token amount after that in septembe gave a cheque of 7000rs.the local vendor commited to provide all furniture upto 25sep.

i am continue following for material till 5th oct-2017. but later on his phone was not rechable, further i have whatsapp chating with him, he is just reading the mgs but not replyied,
whene i approche the shop the neighbour say he run away and dont khow his adress.
