I am Dole Bhavesh who has purchased three holiday packages from tripgateway. I received a mail with an offer of referral gifts if I buy holiday packages from your company. So I purchased three holiday packages from your company. In which two of them are purchased on my name and one on my friends who is Sagar Girase. First of all I had conversation with person named Rohit Sharma who is one of your employee. He explained me everything regarding packages and told me if I buy this package then I will get a gift free with the package and I have purchased it, after sometime he explained me another one and with offer of another gift with another package and I have gone for it as well. Also with some another gift offers from kishor kumar I have gone for the third one. These all three packages cost me around 24000 rupees. After all this I continuously tried calling for my gifts and every single day I got different reasons like sir its under process, it has been dispatched and many more. After some days I called back for the same and one of the lady representative received my call answering that from those I have purchased my packages have been transferred somewhere else and she told that we do not provide any kind of gifts.
