No proper response, obtained a policy from Bharat Health Care for Rs.7990/- for one year

I have obtained a policy from Bharat Health Care for Rs.7990/- for one year. It was promised that my bill will be settled within 15 days, but even after laps of 1.5 months, there is absolutely no response. The executive who taken my policy Mr. Amit Kumar is not picking phone. Most of the times their numbers 9717534140, 9205829384, 9654935783 are switched off and if picked up then after listening my voice, they disconnect the phone immediately. Their another number 9654198050 is mostly engaged and if connected, false assurance of settlement of bill of around Rs.58000/- given, but after that no response. They sent me three mails after 2 months of obtaining policy acknowledging the payment, but thereafter absolutely no response from their side.
I think I was cheated by the company and the company is a fraud company and cheating the public at large by accepting online payments. Please help me in settling my amount
