The compliant is against shop4deel, address: A-56, Pearl Tower Vikas puri, New Delhi-110018, Tel No.0120 6500458.

I had put an Advt for selling my old mobile on olx. From shop4deel I got an call and they offered me an offer of buying my old mobile for 5000/ in exchange of new mobile( Samsung galaxy j7) for 14500/-. I accepted the offer and paid 9500/- ( 14500-5000= 9500)through payumoney.They even said an holiday package is free on that offer.

Almost after three weeks I got parcel. In which instead of mobile they send one Reebok bag and one voucher. I requested them for refund of my amount.Rahul Sharma from shop4deel agreed to pay my amount in 11 days.But now almost two months have passed they are not giving my money back. Everytime they give some or the other excuse.and nowadays they not answering the call.

I request you to help me in getting my hard earned money back
