I saw an ad on Olx regarding a bike (Apache RTR 160). So I contacted the number and he asked me if I was interested in the vehicle so i proceeded to get a deal with him. He said he was a soldier in the Indian army who was stationed at Nagaland but was transferred to Jaipur, Rajasthan. I negotiated on the price to which he agreed and asked him for the pictures of the bike as well as the Vehicle registration (enclosed) and after he sent me I asked about how our deal would be made. He said that since he was at Jaipur he would parcel it to me through Indian Army's Consignment. I was hesitant but asked him if he would deliver it at Dimapur Railway Station but he said that the Courier would give me a call asking me when to pick it. Then he asked me to send my Id proofs(Aadhaar or Pan card and 2 passport photos)so that he would submit it at the counter of The Transport Services. As a result, I sent him my brother's Aadhaar card and passport since the address on my Aadhaar card was my native village's address and not Dimapur. He then asked me to pay the courier charges for the Transportation of the bike which amounted RS.2100/- to which I asked him to pay but he said the Transport company's rule was that the receiver should pay. I was hesitant at first but he said that the courier charges which I pay in advance were to be deducted from the part of our final payment to which I agreed after he sent me his Aadhaar card, Army Grocery card and his picture and sent me his Paytm account where I deposited him the money.I was in doubt but did not give him a call since he asked me not to stress and that he would send me the tracking invoice. The next morning, he sent me the picture of the tracking invoice or the tracking paper with the sender's address as well as mine. However after I went through the invoice I saw the name which was Indian army transport services and there was no written Tracking ID. So I googled and to my surprise I saw the first result of my search which was Indian army Olx fraud and many more videos and complaints faced by innocent people who are victims of these organized criminals. I,therefore would like to request the concerned authorities to kindly look into the matter, and help capture him as he doesn't know that I doubt him and know about his scam. His phone number is still reachable and I have his Paytm account and he is due to sent me his account number for the final payment and his courier is still yet to arrive. Waiting in anticipation
Thank you.
