shaker bottle mold not done in 1&1/2 years.
Respected Sir/Madam,
My name is Deepak Dilip Gorad. 1&1/2 year before i got plan to make business of protein shaker bottle. As on i searched for mould maker in pune & mumbai. i inquired on justdial, online sites,etc. in this period i got call from Mr. Vighnesha Astunkar about it.
Astunkar Industries is mould making industry. I did meeting with Mr. Astunkar.
Date: 2 April 2013.
I go to mumbai. at that time Mr. Vighnesh didn't meet me because of family problem. i meet his father & show him my sample peice of bottle. he said " no problem we will do it". he said you want to.puchase mold or bottle. i said ok just mail me a quatation of that, then i will deside.
Date: 3 April 2013.
Mr. Vighnesh Astunkar sent me a quatation of mould.
If i purchaae mould. mould cost Rs. 80,000/- & moulding cost Rs. 37/-.
If mold cost including moulding Rs.45/-.
after that on telephonic conversation, I request him to reduce mould price, mr astunkar reduces the price to Rs. 70,000/-. I deside to purchase mould.
Date: 5 April 2013.
Mr. vighnesh Astunkar come pune to collect advance payment. i Handover Rs. 25,000/- to him. he doesn't give me a Reciept.
After so many follow ups, call, messages he always says,"mould would be complete in 8-10 days, mould is ready 4-5 days, taking sample trial in 2 days." But nothing is happening. in between i gave him more money as per his request. total cash paid Rs. 40,000/-. i think something is going wrong, this man is not responsible & believable.. i take all reciepts from him.
& now days i asked him his father name to make complaint against both he avoiding & saying why do you want this & all....
i paid him 40,000/- cash & 43,750/- by cheque. still nothing is happening he did sample peice but it damaged at threading & more problems in this
now he is saying this is complete production. do anything do complaint against me...
To make mould every body is taking 2-3 months. but this men taking 2 & 1/2 years still mould have problem.
how do i sale damage peice in market.
