Dear Sir,
This letter is my last hope of getting back my hard earned money.I had booked a plot of 1500sq ft in Hariom mega township near Mesra more,Hazaribagh road in 2012 for 121,000₹.But after five years also they could not fix the plot,the reason being due to CNT act as per them.I decided to cancel the booking as they were offering me a plot in different place with enhanced price per sq ft.They told that they will refund only 92,000₹ after deducting all necessary deductibles.I agreed to that as I required money.They gave me two post dated cheques of 50000₹ and 43000₹ approx.I submitted both the cheques on 11th April 2017 and both the cheques bounced.I called them and they told me that you should inform before submitting the cheques.However they deposited 50000₹ after a week.But I am still struggling to get the remaining 43000₹ approx. Now they are not picking up my phone also.Please help as I am losing hope of getting my money back.
