We have purchased a Samsung LED TV from Askmebazaar.com (Order Date: 27-04-2016, Delivery Date: 20-05-2016). But the Model code of the TV & the Model code of the Invoice is not matching. We had a conversation with Samsung Customer Care; they told us that this might be a duplicate model. According to them, no such Model of TV is manufactured by Samsung. Moreover the Model mentioned in the invoice is not matching with the one printed on the TV.

TV is not yet able to Install.

We are feeling cheated.
