Change of reservation from konduskar to neeta at last moment

Bought ticket for travel from mumbai to aurangabad on 17.01.20 for jouney date 18.01.20 seat number L7 and return ticket for journey from aurangabad to mumbai for journey dated 20.01.20 dep. 10 pm from aurangabad seat number L7. I booked this seat due to spinal spondylitis problem. Please note that mumbai to aurangabad i boarded konduskar travels bus number 9180.. PNR 43491, but from aurangabad to mumbai I did not receive any reservation or tracking details neither any PNR number of my reservation details and any boarding bus number details on my mobile number. But please note that i received a message about boarding neeta bus at 10.30 pm from man mandir terminus instead of konduskar bus.... when I called the ticket seller mahalakshmi travels mr.nitin who sold me the ticket replied that konduskar bus has been held back and all passengers have been transfered to neeta bus number 0016 by konduskar travels. I dont know whether konduskar bus got cancelled or not or any other reasons for last moment change about which I received message just at 8.30 pm and had no time to inquire about it in detail rather than just checking my neeta reservation and boarding the bus. The journey was very uncomfortable and tiring in neeta travels because the seat was leass than 6 feet long and i could not fit in and had to complete the journey with legs half folded despite of my spinal proble.also I cannot understand as to how can reservation change at last moment or is it that the ticket seller mahalakshmi travels did not at all make any online booking of my konduskar travels ticket and only gave me a false payment ticket receipt for return ticket (only smaller half) and stated that full receipt not required for return ticket... I would like to request konduskar travels that it has been a bad and shocking experience because I don't know whether konduskar travels themselves cancelled/held their bus from aurangabad and transfered all passengers to neeta without any such notice or message to ticket holder on their mobile number or it is the ticket seller mahalakshmi travels mr.nitin sion mumbai who has up sold my return journey ticket dated 20.01.20 from aurangabd to mumbai seat L7 dep time 10pm by konduskar travels without filling in my reservation online.... but please beware that if latter case is true then such ticket seller is spoiling the name of konduskar travels in the market for some personal interest.
