Agarwal Packers and movers are not paying the claimed amount and doing fraud

Hi Team,

I had sent all my household items from Hyderabad to Lakhimpur Kheeri(UP) using the services from Agarwal packers and movers. While transportation,Few of my items got missed, few got damaged and as a major loss my samsung LED TV got broken. I had claimed for the same and was following up with them since 3 months,and i was assured that it will be reimbursed soon but now they are not giving me my claimed amount and asking me just to accept 3000 rs for everything. They cheated me upfront and i am really looking for a help here
