White fungus like thing on parle hide ad seek biscuit

I'm a regular customer of parle products. But now the quality of the product had put me in a bad impression of buying parle products.Ive purchased a hide & seek biscuit and even consumed few after which it came to my notice that some white fungi like thing was present on the chocochips of the biscuit. Eventhough the expiry date was 30/8/23. Below I've attached some pictures of the same. And it's a matter of concern from such leading manufacturer violating consumer rights of having a assured quality product.
Concerned authorities should check on this matter.
