    I wish to lodge a complaint regarding a recent delivery of a mayonnaise packet, which was received in a highly unsatisfactory condition.

    The packet appears to have been chewed from the side, likely by a rodent, and was found to be leaking heavily at the time of delivery. This raises serious concerns regarding hygiene, quality control, and handling standards.

    I am attaching images of the product for your reference and request you to kindly look into the matter on priority. I would appreciate a prompt resolution, including replacement of the item or a full refund.
