Haldiram's negligence would have taken my life

I ordered cold coffee from haldiram pacific mall, nsp Delhi.
And there were pieces of kaanch in it.
They took it so lamely as if nothing happened.
This kind of negligence have taken my life.
But they are not affected at all..
