Good not delivered for 3 hrs and still money charged. Uncooperative staff

KFC Amanora Mall Magarpatta

Issue: 2 hrs after placing the no food or call received from KFC. When I called only thing I could receive is the excuses. Called 4 times to get things resolved but utter failure. Plus they put me on hold for more than 7 mins to only tell me that the manager is not available

Plus I get a message stating how was my experience. Wow!! I do not have the food and you want me to give the feedback on it.

11.30 you send the delivery expecting what... that I should still be waiting for your restaurant to deliver it. Sorry

Sheet disappointment. Your staff is useless when it comes to solving the issues. Manager has no sense of responsibility.

Could not start woth a better image of your restaurant in the new year.

I need my refund and an apology
