I ordered Del Monte eggless Mayyonaisse on 30th July 2018 from Big Basket. I received the order a few days later with the packet which was manufactured on 1st March,2018 with expiry of 4 months. A product which is already expired in June was sent for delivery on 30th July!! A product which is meant for human consumption and most importantly which is majorly consumed by Children is delivered to you which is already expired a month back!
Making Shahrukh Khan your brand ambassador doesn’t make you a successful organisation! Consumer does! And when we raise a concern for this nonsense, your CCE comes up with a standard reply which surely the management has fed him “we will refund your amount in BB wallet.anything else we can help you with”
So they making sure if by chance consumer does not check the expiry date they are good and if they come back just refund the amount
