I ordered kathal biryani on swiggy application from charcoal eats restaurant malad west.
When i having dinner i found chicken pieces in biryani. As i had ordered veg Biryani and they have sent pakage wich marked vegetarian, i shocked to see nonveg food as am vegan.. i reported this to swiggy but they have only reply they can send refund or replacement...

    I am Jain and I follow by Jainism rules of being vegetarian and follow non violence. I I ordered veg sandwich from swiggy and they send me chicken sandwich . Trusting them I had a of the sandwich and realise that there is something wrong when I checked it was a chicken sandwich. I want to raise complaint against the order was from green cravings Chembur Mumbai.
