Pizzarella was good before covid, but after covid, they have become more adept in " deficiency in customer service"
I ordered a 12 inch pizza on Christmas day and also my moms 79th birthday for my guests, i chose the brand over dominos and largos.. It took over an hour after they accepted my order to know that "its Christmas"(a great reason to delay service, if they were so busy...or couldn't handle the orde as per a lady manager who spoke to me in a rude manner, why did they accept the order) , i ordered it a 21.41, its now 23.15 guests still waiting for dinner, and my foolishness to trusting pizzarela nibm, nine hills is exposed... I spoke to mr vikas and he was in no mans land as to when and how my pizza is not being delivered... On top of it a lady just authoritatively, just denies her customers existence, we should be super gods in this covid times, where business is just recovering, but pizaarela nibm, nine hills pune is absolutely not bothered about a the occasion or the customers who trust them, i therefore dont recommend them to anyone
