Complaint against Zomato on Delivering non vegetarian food on ordering vegetarian food

I am From Jain Family and ordered momos from Zomato. Inspite of selecting vegetarian option in the menu, it had delivered me non-vegetarian momos. I am a pure vegetarian and the company has “spoiled my religious practices”. On my religious beliefs, teachings, family traditions and my own conscience, this act has seriously hurt my religious sentiments. Zomato is Not responding and just providing a 100 Rs refund.This “very casual” response is a “mockery and insult to my social, religous and financial status”. Eventually, had a talk with the manager of the restaurant, he claims that the veg n non veg kitchen is not seperated and it does not even label the vegetarian and non vegetarian food with the red and green marks.
