TataSky broadband False promised and not responding to disconnection request

I have subscribed for Tatasky Broadband services as I was told that I will be getting a very good service as it belongs to Tata. Also they offered me few offers.

Wrong commitments at the time of customer acquisition.

* I was told to get 7 months of subscriptions by paying 5 months in advance. (which was given after lots of escalations and calls to customer care and few more people.
* I was told to get 400 rs cashback which is not yet given by any means.
* I was told to get 20 % discount on Tatasky DTH recharge.
* I have asked them to share my usage logs as I believed that their data calculator is not correct. But i never received anything.

After many calls, I got to know that this discount is applicable when I take half yearly plan on DTH and when I called DTH customer care on 29 sept 2018 they informed me that there is no such offer going on.

I want to disconnect my connection and want my money back that I already paid for next 6 months ie 5000rs
