Refund of Full Admission Fees for my child - Shiv Nadar School, Sector 82, Faridabad

Dear Sir/Madam ,

This is in regard for the refund of my Full Admission Fees for my daughter. We decided to change her school for a good school in Faridabad i.e. Shiv Nadar School , Sector 82 Faridabad .

She is currently in Apeejay School Sector 15 .

Meanwhile I have got a Transfer in Job so decided to take School Admission in Mumbai only where in I got Transferred .

I am following up with the school with a written request for the refund of Admission fees ( INR 90,000) & Caution Money ( INR 20,000 ) from 21st February 2018 but no reply from School Side for the refund .

I have been sending frequent mails to them for the refund but all remains unattended .

Please suggest how to proceed & I shall tea this matter legally for refund .
