Mental harresment and delivery issue with quikr doorstep delivery

I have booked mattress and scheduled it to be delivered to me via quikr doorstep delivery. I booked it on 24th march 2017 and paid the booking amount. I got call back from quikr and delivery was scheduled on 27th between 12 pm to 2 pm. I keep on waiting for the product and parked my other important activities but didn't received the product.I called quikr customer service to which they replied that delivery would be rescheduled as the item was not picked up.This actually should be informed me however i wasn't. They informed me that I would get call back within 2 hours regarding resheduled.I keep on waiting for there call back which I didn't received, again I called quikr customer care this time they replied that they have contacted seller ane seller has resonded that item has been picked up and I would get delivery by 28th.However I did n't received product on 28th and thrn I again called customer care and then I got new reply that my delievry was rescheduled for 30th march between 12 to 2 pm. Now today when the product didn't reached me I called customer care about the status to which they replied I would got it delivered by today i.e 30th end of day.But when I called back customer care again around 7pm today they said sorry we will deliver it by tommorrow eod. I think this story would continue tommorrow as well. This is patethic services and wastage of time.

Again today on 31th march when the ptoduct was not delivered I called them to which they have replied that pick still not done. Then I requested to cancel the order and refund my money back to which I got reply that I cannot cancel the order. Strange , they have not been delivering the order and also not refunding my money back.and when I asked about the status they have no clue about the product .

I have written several mails and have called them several time .This has been serious consumer harassment and I want to file complainy againt them and penalty should be imposed on them so that consumer rights are preserved in future.
