I have paid Rs.95,000/- towards online educational support to Byju's online education company in the month of Dec-2019. Inspite of various follow up with company I have been given the invoice during the month of Aug-2020.
I am following for refund of above amount which is being declined by the company. I therefore request you to please intervene and help to get my money back.
