We bought anchor water heater and the product stopped working within 3 mins of fitting after the purchase, it got tripped right after few mins and it was their service man who installed it, and they are not replacing the product instead they are saying of repairing the damaged product, i urge you to look into this problem and request for a new piece only, as it is faulty piece, would really appreciate if you grant my request because those people are not cooperating with me
