Complaint regarding my bike ECS

I had bought suzuki burgman from manba finance on march 2019 at the time of approval of my loan they had taken all documents and my ECS was supposed to he started by may2019
But in may 2019 they had dropped my security cheque and it was cleared when i asked the reason why the drop the cheque and no by ECS they replied that there is some technical issue so i have to refil the ECS FORM I had co operated for same and refilled the form and got the rubber stamp of my bank manager and signature verified
In june i again received call from manba finance saying that ECS process takes 30 working days so please pay online so i had payed 2 month payments by net banking
Again in august i had received the call from manba saying its technical issue please pay cash for Emi for that i said i will not pay cash u solve ur technical issue and deduct by ECS They had not replied for 4 month again in December 2019 i received the call from manba finance saying i m the technical head pls pay your 4 month EMI by cheque and refill the ECS form and these is last time you wont face any problem now
I had refiled the form in my bany duly verified signature by bank manager and paid the cheque for 4 month upto December 2019 but from January again i had not received any ECS Ihad called manba finance regarding the problem but they again replied sir we are having technical issue you dont worry you wont be charged penalties
Kindly help me what to do regarding my problem They are not taking any proper responsibility
