Dear sir,
My account number with hathway broadband is 1109891935 which were active in till December 2016 it was a prepaid connection i have no money due as we have intimated the company to terminate the connection and close the account. suddenly in 2018 they have raise the bill the around 5300 wilfully so i visited their office in August 2018 and cleared all the due after making payment for final settlement of the account and they issue a mail regarding account cleared no amount due .
In August 2019 again I received a mail regarding a outstanding amount of 4700 and this time also they are giving a threat of legal action as I’m clearly in impression this time it is a fraudulent practice followed by the company Please help me in this regard as I’m ready to take a legal action as they are doing same with the other consumers.
