Ongoing construction in residential zone

I am resident of Ulwe navimumbai sector 2, a plot near me has started with construction using heavy noisy machinery which is used for piling works. It is so noisy that even after closing windows I get headache.its 10 meters away in front of my building. Also the workers are not following any health and safety measures.
