I had bought a sofa cum bed from Flipkart. I received it after 2.5 months due to lockdown and that too full of termites. I made so many complaints after that today they sent a technician he checked agreed with the damage and termites. Because of which my whole house got infected by termites i had to do pest control.
I even tweeted to their CEO customer service every where still they have not solved and instead they have messaged me this.

Not refund my money given damaged product still not taking any actions.
