Not Refunding the Security Deposit

I have made a security deposit of 2000 at time of connection purchasing. I have terminated the connection in Feb 2020 on the same time they have collected the device. But till now i waiting for the refund. I have contacted ao many time over customer care but every i got a false commitment. Connection Name on Saurabh Apoorva
