I purchased laptop battery and 4 GB RAM from galaxy computers. both got faulty under warranty period. galaxy computer replaced faulty battery with old battery after 7 days but it should replaced with new battery. also he took my faulty ram to replace but he did not replaced till today and stopped picking my phone. whenever i went to his shop it was closed. he did not call back and stopped responding.His mobile number is 9268346155
