Dell Laptop not working properly from the date of purchase

Dear Sir,
I hope you are doing well.
I am Ashutosh Srivastav from Basti, Utter Pradesh. I have purchased a Dell Inspiron 15 3576 for 37100.
From the date of purchase I was having slow system performance issue in my laptop. When I called in Dell technical support, they asked me to Extend RAM of my Laptop. I extended RAM from 4gb to 12gb and still my problem was not resolved. After sometime some others issues occurred in my system related to 'Speaker' and 'Motherboard'. Again I raised complaint in the Dell department they asked me to replace these parts.
After going through all these processes, still my system was not preforming well.
After all these processes company asked me to do WINDOWS RE-INSTALLATION which I have done 4 times in my laptop as per company's statements given my the Dell Technical team.
After that I contacted to the DELL FORUM COMMUNITY, when I get in touch with them they also asked me to do the same again i.e. for Windows Re-installation. I asked them to replace my system as it has many problems since the day I have purchased, they didn't respond anything on that and they just asking me for the same process again and again, for which I have already gone through for the 4 times.
I am pretty much sure that either the system has some Manufacturing defect or they the company is just playing game with me.
I request you to take strong action against Dell Technologies and do help me with the refund or an replacement of this products at the earliest.
