Forced addictions, misbehaviour, extortion.

My name is Anjali Gala (9167410976), I reside at Mumbai Central location. I am writing to you to inform you about Elite Care Rehabilitation Center ( Nasha Mukti Kendra ) at TITWALA.
It is run by Rahul Kute & Vikas Kute ( brothers)
And a few more.
As the name mentions NASHA MUKTI KENDRA, it is nothing like it sounds.

I had put my brother here to get rid of alcohol addiction however he was forced to smoke cigarette 3 times a day and people are also forced to take tobacco.

You put your family member here to be a better person and free of addiction however it is the worst place to be.
Family members are not allowed to meet to the patient for 90-120-150 to 180 days saying that they are on recovery mode.They are assured that the addiction they are admitted there for is going away and they are now getting rid of the addictions. The family members are asked to extend the duration of admission and are lied to about the patient's condition just for the sake of making money which is their only motto.
That is not all .
They are given worst quality food which is more of water & reduces patient's weight, they take money for laundry and never wash patient's clothes, they don't let them bathe for 2 days, they make them smoke cigarettes forcefully which is not informed to the family. The family is in hope that they will become fine after they come.

And guess what .. they get to know is that their member has become so worst in health, mental condition and addiction that he talks of suicide every now and then. There is no reason to live. Is this why we send our members there ? Who do we catch hold of, if our members commit suicide ?
I would really want this centre to kindly leave all the patients they have like prisoners who's life they are making worse and worse. THEY ARE NOT MAKING ANYTHING BETTER.
Please take all necessary actions to shut down this centre.
I have literally wasted so much money to make my brothers life good and this centre will be held responsible for anyone who commits suicide after getting released from here. Please get this centre exposed.
I have 2 witnesses, one is my brother (Suraj Gala- 9619010970/7977833428) who confessed that he got addicted to smoking because this centre forced him when he was admitted here to get rid of alcohol (confession done on 17th August,2022), and other is Feroz Khan - +91 97691 10044 (son of patient Riyaz Khan) who had admitted his father for 5 months to get rid of addictions and getting addicted to more of what it was before.

(I know Feroz because his father had called me from his phone when he came out of the centre with his family stating that Suraj's condition is very bad please take him out of here if you want to see him alive)

I came to know about the smoking fact on 17th August,2022 when I caught my brother smoking the first time with my own eyes and then he confessed about the NASHA MUKTI KENDRA where he was forced to smoke and is now addicted to it.

I kindly request you to take a strict action against this centre to shut it down and get it emptied at the earliest with a high penalty to play with people's lives and cheat common people like us.
